4. How Refunds Are Issued

Where a refund is due, it will be made using the same payment method you used for the original purchase, normally within 14 days of approving your request. We do not charge a fee for processing an eligible refund.

5. Exceptions

Refunds may not apply where digital content has already been fully accessed after you agreed to immediate delivery, or where an item has been used in a way that goes beyond what is needed to assess it.
